Clean Up or Catch Up Services

Don’t let your bookkeeping fall behind, let a professional bring your books up to date so that you don’t have to spend tons of your valuable time on it, but instead, focus it on growing your prosperous business. In this Catch Up and Clean Up Services process we:

• Identify and correct errors that are causing further problems down the line
• Perform data entry, streamlining, and consolidation
• Move or reclassify transactions that were coded or recorded incorrectly
• Reconciliation of accounts, including banks, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
• Frequent updates and progress reports, plus monthly reporting and coordination with your CPA or tax preparer

Step 1: Discovery Call

Simply fill out the Contact Us form or call us at 737-990-8308. We will ask you questions to learn about your business and your specific bookkeeping needs and see if we are a good fit to work together. 

Step 2: Creating a Strategy

Once we confirm that our bookkeeping services are what you need and this is a good fit for you, we will send you agreement and flat fee quote. Upon review and signature of the quote we will invoice you for 50% which is due upon receipt.

We get to work starting with sending you a list of documents and/or access needed to your different accounts to begin our assessment.

During the work process we get in touch to update you with the progress.

Step 3: Results

Once the job is completed we will schedule a Zoom call to summarize what was done to Clean Up or Catch Up on your Books, and we discuss recommendations and next steps. We Invoice the remaining 50%.
