Step 1 – Free Discovery Call
Fill out our Contact Us form or call us at 737-990-8308 to schedule a free discovery call. During this call, we’ll learn about your business, bookkeeping challenges, and goals to confirm we’re a good fit to work together.

Step 2 – Free Diagnostic Review
Once we receive secure access to your QuickBooks file through your QB online Accountant Invitation portal and essential documents, we’ll perform a free diagnostic review. This includes a detailed look at your chart of accounts, reconciliations, transactions, and reporting setup.

Step 3 – Action Plan & Quote
After the diagnostic review, we prepare a written action plan with our findings, recommendations, and a custom quote for the services needed to bring your books up to standard.

Step 4 – Agreement & Retainer
If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you a service agreement and request a 50% deposit as a retainer. This allows us to begin the project work outlined in your action plan.

Step 5 – Project Completion & Final Payment
Once the project is completed, we’ll review the results with you and answer any questions. At this stage, the remaining 50% balance is collected. You leave with organized, accurate, and reliable books.
