Diagnostic Review

This process is mainly for businesses or individuals who do not know if their books are done right, or they suspect that something is not right but have no idea how to fix them, or how their books should look for their specific business type. In that case we: 

• Perform a complete review and assessment of your books, accounting transactions, integrated software and records 
• Analyze your business fundamentals and processes
• Deliver a summary report of our findings and a clear picture of where you are and what we need to do to help you to achieve your goals
• Provide recommendations and next steps for enhanced and organized operations

Step 1: Discovery Call

Simply fill out the Contact Us form or call us at 737-990-8308. We will ask you questions to learn about your business and your specific needs and see if we are a good fit to work together. 

Step 2: Creating a Strategy

After the call, once we chat and confirm that this is a good fit for you, we send you agreement and an invoice for 50%. The invoice is due upon receipt. We get to work starting with sending you a list of documents and access we need to begin our assessment.

Step 3: Results

We deliver a document with our findings and recommendations and schedule a video call to discuss findings, recommendations, and next steps. 

We charge the remaining 50%.
